If you choose Add a New Address and nothing happens, it’s because you have blocked pop-ups on your browser. How you enable pop ups depends on which web browser you’re using.

For instance, if you’re using Firefox, you’ll be able to allow pop-ups by clicking Options on the bar that runs across the top of your screen.


If you’re using Internet Explorer, when you attempt to add a new address, a notification strip will display towards the top of the page. Click on the strip and select "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site...".


If you’re using a different browser, check your browser’s Help section to learn how to enable pop-ups. Note that if you only allow pop-ups for this site, it will NOT allow pop-ups all over the web; it will restrict the pop-ups to this site, and any other sites you indicate are okay.

After you indicate that pop-ups are allowed, you’ll have to re-select Add a New Address. The Address Manager should now pop up. Enter the address you want and click Submit.


After you’re done selecting your address, add your phone number, if desired. The same rules for pop-ups apply here.
