DMA (DONNA MICHELLE ANDERSON)
VP Development, BET Music Programming
For nearly two decades, DMA (Donna Michelle Anderson) has been writing, producing and running top-rated television series for CBS, Bravo, BET, A&E, TLC and more. In 2007, she expanded into online and mobile, launching Columbia College Hollywood's new media department and creating the first online production financials software (Show Starter Scheduling & Budgeting Plus was named one of MovieMaker magazine's "Top 40 Indie Film Friendly Companies"). She is the author of "The Show Starter Reality TV Made Simple System," taught at film schools nationwide, and the author of "The 1-3-5 Story Structure Made Simple System," the first and only story structure system integrated into Final Draft's screenwriting software. Now a television development executive, DMA is a graduate, with distinction, of Stanford University and is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Producers Guild of America and Showbiz Mensans.
Executive in Charge of Production, BET Music Programming
Susan Bixby has worked on the production and operations side of TV and film for the last 20+years. She has had the unique experience of supervising production on almost every type of format for broadcasting, cable and film that exists, with both large budgets and small. Her extensive background includes working as VP of Production creating production departments for Litton Syndication as well as the Heritage Network. There she supervised production on numerous syndicated series including a reality home make-over series, a nature series, and a judge strip, STREET COURT, several magazine series as well as the variety series SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO. In addition to this work, she was VP Production at Atlas Media overseeing its production department, creating food shows for both A&E and The Food Network, documentary series for The Weather Channel, The History Channel, National Geographic for Discovery Health. As Director of Production, first at HBO then at Sports Illustrated, she oversaw productions. She also worked for Martha Stewart supervising the construction of her studio in Westport CT where Martha launched her daily talk show. Susan has in fact worked as the Executive in Charge of Production successfully launching a daily talk show for ABC, THE CHEW.
Currently, Susan is consulting for BET supervising production for the network. She has overseen the production of a nightly talk show DON’T SLEEP, a documentary MJ BAD: 25 and is working on the reality spoof series REAL HUSBANDS OF HOLLYWOOD and a sketch show pilot.

Tony Ducret is an award winning filmmaker and TV Producer/Director with over a decade of experience in broadcast production and development. His skill set includes producing, directing, writing and editing both short- and long-form broadcast programs, and executing all aspects of production for a host of networks including VH1, MTV, MTV2, BET, FUSE, OWN, COMPLEX TV & NAT GEO. Tony has directed 4 short films, including the award winning "JACKPOT!”, the award winning "I CAN SMOKE?”, and the micro-budget feature, "HOSPITALITY”, a psychological thriller released by Maxim Media International in 2008. Beth is the principal of Remarkable Content Group. Beth has an accomplished career in global entertainment production, distribution and strategic partnerships. Credits include placement of programs for NBC, ABC, CBS, ESPN, Disney, Sesame Workshop, ID, EPIX, STYLE, and OWN among others. She was instrumental in the creation of Disney i.d.e.a.s. and NHK’s HD CGI studio. Beth has also held positions in strategic alliances/M&A and has consulted to top media clients. Remarkable Content Group works with and represents small to mid-sized non-fiction production companies and content creators for successful placement on cable and digital outlets.
