Feeling a little stalled in your career? Having trouble moving up or hitting a brick wall as you try to find opportunities in a different sector of the business? It’s a New Year – time to do something about it! Jim Arnoff, entertainment lawyer and Certified Life/Career Coach, will present an interactive workshop to help you "Take Your Producing Career to the Next Level…Expand Your Options, Embrace Your Creativity." During the program, Jim will cover how to propel your producing career to the next level while embracing your strengths, creativity, skills and passions. He focuses on maximizing your options, getting clarity about your career direction, and breaking through the walls that have been holding you back. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one and group coaching with Jim, to help you gain the tools to see possibilities beyond where you are now and strategize ways of making that ideal producing career a reality. Jim Arnoff is a Television Packaging Agent representing east coast production companies in developing and selling original programming to the networks and new media (reality, documentary, non-fiction). He is also an entertainment lawyer and Certified Life/Career Coach to the entertainment industry. Jim worked at the William Morris Agency as both an in-house lawyer and packaging agent. He has led workshops for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Writers Guild of America, HBO, TimeWarner, New York Women in Film & Television, Time, Inc. and MTV Networks. Jim is a faculty member of the School of Visual Arts, FIT and NYU.
