Employment contracts are becoming a more common request in both short and long term production jobs. In addition to setting forth the basic terms of an agreement, employers are looking to protect themselves in a number of areas with indemnification, confidentiality, work for hire and termination clauses. What does this mean to you? Under what circumstances should you sign a contract? And when should you walk away?

The evening will cover standard clauses of most employment contracts, employment law and will include a Q&A.

This is an exclusive opportunity for PGA members to:
Get important legal and employment information
Prevent exposure to liability
Get leverage in contract negotiations
