Kick off the New Year and join the PGA Women's Impact Network for a salon about the landscape of television content creation as experts - in fiction and non-fiction episodic television/digital entertainment - share what it will take to help you structure, negotiate and secure that big deal in 2016. Following the discussion there will be an opportunity to mingle.

Victoria S. Cook is a partner at Frankfurt Kurnit and a member of the Entertainment Group. She focuses on motion picture and television work, representing award-winning filmmakers, writers, directors, actors, television producers, film financiers, and television networks. She is immersed in both the independent and Hollywood worlds, and her clients often work in all aspects of the entertainment business -- from major studio films to cutting-edge political documentaries. Ms. Cook recently appeared in Variety’s Legal Impact Report as one of the country’s top 50 “game changing” entertainment lawyers. She has been named a “Super Lawyer” for the New York area by Super Lawyers magazine and a top lawyer in entertainment law by Best Lawyers. She also was recognized in the 2015 edition of The Legal 500 for her expertise in entertainment law matters , and in the 2013 edition of The Legal 500 for her expertise in copyright law matters.
Jeff Siegel is a digital media distribution executive with extensive experience sourcing, structuring and negotiating TV content deals with leading global and domestic digital platforms. As VP of Digital Distribution at FremantleMedia, he secured the company’s inaugural deals with Amazon, iTunes, and Netflix. Most recently he closed their first exclusive deal with Hulu, several multiterritory Netflix kids’ exclusives, as well as landmark agreements with brand new svod services launched by Fullscreen and NBCU’s Seeso. Previously, at MTV Networks, Jeff revived dormant franchises including Beavis and Butt-head and Jackass, and developed several top-selling TV DVDs. He was also responsible for the network’s initial launch strategy on the iTunes TV store.
Caytha Jentis is the creator, writer and Executive Producer of "The Other F Word" a digital series that she is in discussions with several OTT platforms to exhibit. She has written and produced award-winning features including “Bad Parents” starring Janeane Garofalo, Cheri Oteri, Christopher Titus and Kristen Johnston (Cinedigm), “And Then Came Love” starring Vanessa Williams and Eartha Kitt (Warner Bros), and "The One" starring Jon Prescott (TLA Releasing). A former literary agent, she has an MFA from UCLA in screenwriting and a BS in TV/film from Syracuse University.
