ELIGIBILITY AND SUBMISSION INFORMATION FOR PRODUCERS GUILD OF AMERICA PRODUCERS GUILD AWARD:
Eligibility requirements are as follows:

The following materials are necessary in order for a production and its producers to be considered for a Producers Guild Award:

  • Notice of Credits - complete one form for each production.
  • Eligibility Form - each producer credited on each production must fill one out to be considered for nomination (please refer to form to see what specific producer titles are eligible for consideration - varies by award category).
  • Rules & Procedures - please read thoroughly.

Voting Timeline

09/14/07:  Deadline for Variety, Non-Fiction and Episodic TV submissions is
the Friday before the Emmys telecast.  ALL Eligibility Forms must
be received by the PGA office for all programs initially telecast
between  06/01/06 and 5/31/07.
09/28/07: TV series nomination ballots available.  Members vote on-line.
11/02/07:

TV series nomination polls close.  Nominations announced 11/15/07.

11/30/07: Deadline for Theatrical Motion Pictures and Long-Form Television
ALL Eligibility Forms must be received by the PGA office.  Motion
Pictures eligibility are determined by the rules of AMPAS. 
Long-Form Television programs must have been initially telecast
between 12/01/2006 and 12/31/07.
12/07/07:  Theatrical Motion Picture and Long-Form Television nomination
ballots available.  Members vote on-line. 
1/11/08: Theatrical Motion Picture and Long-Form Television nomination
polls close.
1/14/08: Final ballots available (includes TV series, Long-Form Television
and Theatrical Motion Pictures).  Members vote on-line.
1/14/08: Nominated motion picture and long-form television productions announced.  Official nominated producers
TBD Ðpending the outcome of accreditation arbitrations.
02/01/08: Final polls close.
02/02/08:

Awards dinner at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
