Music Supervisors & Producers:

Collaborations that Maximize your Budgets

Webinar sponsored by

BEN’s team of music supervisors deliver customized production soundtracks and streamlined music licensing at below-market rates, providing full contract and payment administration services at scale.

Thursday, September 17th

5:00 p.m. PDT | 8:00 p.m. EDT

As the Coachella Valley Music & Arts festival celebrated their 20th anniversary during the midst of a global pandemic, the premiere of the YouTube Originals documentary Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert, couldn’t have come at a better time.

The documentary gave fans an intimate look at the world-renowned music festival, right from the comfort of their own homes. However, when you’re featuring never-before-seen footage and key performances from some of the biggest names in music, there are steps that need to be taken behind the scenes to ensure the appropriate clearances.

Raymond Roker, Executive Producer on the doc, worked closely with BEN’s Sr. Director, Music & Brand Partnerships, Jake Terrell to ensure that all of your favorite festival memories were included -- featuring music supervision and clearances for over 50 live performances.

In this webinar you’ll hear individually from both Raymond and Jake on the role that music plays in each of their respective entertainment worlds, before diving into the partnership and sharing best practices for the collaboration between music supervisors and producers.

Raymond Roker, Global Head of Editorial for Amazon Music (formerly Head of Goldenvoice/AEG Studios)
